A bright light in the lives of many was dimmed on April 27, 2017, when Anthony L. Steptoe transcended into a body that will never hurt again.
This light began to shine upon Anthony L. Steptoe when he was born on November 15, 1981, to Lola Steptoe and Terry Ford.
He graduated from Dallas Can Academy in Dallas, Texas. He had an entrepreneurial spirit and established his own transportation company.
Shortly after graduating, he merged his company, Infinity Transport Services, with Reliable Transport Group. He was an Independent Contractor for Cowboy Cab until he was called home to Glory.
Anthony accepted Christ at an early age and remained faithful until he answered our Father’s call to come Home.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a wife of 15 years, Krislyn Steptoe; stepson, Byron Hyder, Jr.; stepdaughters, Kiera Hyder, Karrie Hyder, Ka’Trina Hyder and Kristina (Ernest) Jones; grandchildren, Kristian Hyder, E’Myri Jones, Elijah Washington, and Khloe Jones; mother, Lola Steptoe; father, Terry Ford; brothers, Gerrick “Trell” Valentine and Terry Charles; sister, Kakita Parker; his very special cousins/brothers, Clem “Big Bookie” Ford, Michael LeBlanc, Edward Steptoe and Quentis Dunn; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, nephews, family and friends.
