Barbara Jo Spence

Barbara Jo Spence, a cherished member of her community, was born on March 26, 1942. She passed away peacefully on March 12, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth that will be remembered by all who knew her.

Barbara's life was marked by her unwavering kindness and generous spirit. She had a unique ability to bring people together and was often the heart of gatherings among family and friends. Her laughter was infectious, and her presence greatly enriched the lives of those fortunate enough to have known her.

Her memory will be honored with a visitation on March 18, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home in Desoto, Texas. Those wishing to pay their respects are invited to join her family and friends during this time of remembrance. A funeral service will take place the following day, March 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Eternal Rest DeSoto Small Chapel. Following the service, she will be laid to rest, surrounded by the love of those she inspired.
