Billy “Don” Hayes was born on October 15, 1950 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Chester Garrison and Lottie Lee Hayes (both preceded him in death.)

Billy “Don” enjoyed listening to jazz music, and loved watching movies. He had a big heart and loved talking to people. He never met a stranger.

Billy “Don” departed this life on December 24, 2016. He is preceded in death by three of his brothers Jerry, Lonnie, Michael.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his beloved wife, Lenita Pryor-Hayes; brother Ronnie; aunt Millie Poe; niece, Tia “Snack Pack” Martin, and a host of other relatives and friends.
