Clifford Hamilton was born on September 6, 1953 to the union of Joseph and Lorene Hamilton in Dallas, Texas.

Clifford received his formal education in the Dallas Independent School District in Dallas, Texas.

Clifford accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age at Wayside Missionary Baptist Church.

Clifford enlisted into the United States Marines in 1972 and was honorably discharged in 1974.

During his working years, he was employed by the U.S. Postal Service as a mail handler, he was also employed by and a member of Union 756.

In his leisure he enjoyed listening to music, watching television and entertaining family and friends.

On June 14, 2019, Clifford Hamilton departed this life here on earth. He was preceded in death by his parents; Joseph and Lorene Hamilton, 4 brothers; Lafayette Patterson, Phillip Hamilton, Loris Patterson and Billy Patterson.

He leaves to cherish his memory: 4 sons; Bryant Bailey, Alton Howard, Demond Mackey, Broderick Hamilton, 2 daughters; Shawanna Mackey, Jacara Hamilton, 3 brothers; John Earl Patterson, Douglas Hamilton, Elbert Hamilton, 9 grandchildren, a special friend; Linda Wallace and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
