One thing I asked of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.

Donald Davis was born on January 27, 1970 to the union of mother; Eddie Davis and father; Donald McCoy in Dallas, Texas.

Donald Davis received his formal education at E.D. Walker Middle School in Dallas, Texas and L.G. Pinkston High School in Dallas, Texas.

Donald accepted Christ as his Savior at the House of Refuge Pentecostal Church of Dallas at the age of 47 where he served as a faithful member.

He was employed by the Cliff Club as a Security Officer for 20 years.

In his leisure, he enjoyed fishing and going to church.

Donald Ray Davis departed this life on March 31, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother; Pearl Davis and cousin; Lanzes Davis.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother; Eddie Pearl Davis, father; Donald McCoy, son; Fredrick Hall, daughter; Yanera Davis, siblings; Malvin Davis, Mary Davis, Michael McCoy, Yolanda McCoy, Audrey McCoy, Belinda McCoy, Tommie McCoy, Robin McCoy, aunts; Hattie Davis, Joann Arps, best friend; Edward Lacy, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
