Ernesto Charo Laque I, 80, died Friday, May 5, 2017, at the Dallas Veterans Affairs in Dallas, Texas, following an accident.

Ernest was born on May 11, 1936 in Lytle, Texas to Antonio and Diamantina C. Laque I.

Ernesto was preceded in death by his wife, Julie Laque in 1986; brothers, Antonio II, Gilberto; sisters, Juanita Lopez and Elena Cortez.

Ernesto is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Susie and Terry Vogel; grandchildren: Leslie and Jonathan; great grandchildren: Lanie, Dominic, Colton, William II, Jaim, and Ernesto.
