Humberto Ortega, Jr. was born September 8, 1993 to Iveth Q. Guevara and Humberto Ortega, Sr. He received his formal education in the Lewisville Independent School District.

Humberto departed this life October 9, 2015. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Raul Ortega.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Iveth Q. Guevara; father, Humberto Ortega, Sr.; sisters – Brenda S. Orgeta, Stephanie M. Ortega, Kristen J. Lopez; grandparents – Cesar U. Guevara, Sr. (Ana), Paula E. Cruz, and Felicita De Santiago; maternal uncle, Cesar U. Guevara, Jr.; eight paternal uncles; companion, Kelly Fann; and a host of beloved  relatives and friends.
