Mrs. Ivana Denise Williams-Body was born February 12, 1971 in Dallas, Texas to parents, Carrie Mae Williams and Luster R.D. Williams, who raised her in Malone, Texas. She met and married Derwin Clay Body on September 13, 1996 in Corsicana, Texas. For 19 years the two shared their life together.

She graduated from Hubbard High School in 1989 and attended Hill College and Navarro College for nursing. She was an avid churchgoer and dedicated her life to Christ since the age of accountability. After moving to Corsicana, she joined the Harmony Baptist Church family since 1996 and has remained a member until her passing. She was a true believer in Christ and prayed daily that all her children would be as dedicated to Christ.

She served as a Certified Nurses Aid for about 20 years in her early adult life, working at various nursing homes in Corsicana and Ennis, Texas.

Her parents, Carrie Mae Williams and Luster R.D. Williams; one sister, Pamela Marie Sterling; and various aunts, uncles, and cousins; preceded her in passing.

Surviving her passing: her husband, Derwin Clay Body, two sons, Eric Dwayne Williams, Michael Jerome Williams, one daughter, Vanessa Nicole Williams of Corsicana, Texas, (cousins), Penny Williams, two brothers, William Anthony Henderson of Atlanta, Georgia, Lester R.D. Williams, Jr. of Dallas, Texas, and one sister, Cynthia Roberts of Mexia, Texas, six grandchildren; eleven nieces and nephews; many other great nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends; the Harmony Baptist Church Family.
