James Bell  

James Bell was born on July 3, 1958 to the union of Betty and Jesse Bell in Dallas, Texas. 

James accepted Christ at an early age. He was educated in the Dallas Independent School District. James loved spending time with family and friends and will be truly missed. 

James was preceded in death by his mother; Betty Bell, father; Jesse Bell, two brothers; William Powell, George Powell, one sister; Ruby Joe. 

He leaves to cherish his memory a host of family & friends in Texas and California.
