Johnny Ray Williams was born July 17, 1944, to the parents of Oscar and Leona Williams. He was born in Como, Texas and lived in Dallas, Texas where he was a graduate of Wilmer-Hutchins High School. He was called home May 17, 2017.

He leaves to cherish his memories:

One son, Kevin Williams; one daughter, Christina Williams; two grandsons, Darius and Devante Williams; two granddaughters, De’Asia Williams and Tafari Thomas; one great-granddaughter, Gabriyelle Williams; one brother-in-law, Granville Murray, and one special friend, Mary White. He also had a host of nieces and nephews.
