Lucy Beatrice Ford was born on March 19, 1949 to Willie Mae Allison in Shreveport, Louisiana.

She received her formal education at Booker T. Washington in Dallas, Texas.

Lucy accepted Christ as her Savior at Arlington Park First Baptist Church at an early age.

Lucy Ford was united in holy matrimony with Maurice Ford in Dallas, Texas. Their union was blessed with one child.

She was employed by Fishburn Cleaners where she retired after 15 years.

In her leisure, she enjoyed the company of God and her family and just having a good time.

Lucy Ford departed this life on April 30, 2019. She was preceded in death by: her mother, Willie Mae Allison and her husband Maurice Ford.

She leaves to cherish her memory: four children, Bridgett Jackson, Deborah Wynn (Victor Sr.), Michael Hill, Tehisha Ford, 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and a special friend of the family; Darryl Brown “Snow Baby”.
