LyLy was born to the parentage of Chandra Craddock and DeWayne Leffall. From birth Lyly was in for the fight of her life, being born with Trisomy 21 (down syndrome) which led to holes being in the upper and lower chambers of her heart.  She underwent her first open heart surgery at the young age of 7 months and while recovering, Lyly was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension.  This diagnosis prolonged Lyly’s stay in the hospital and she was there for 2 months.  During those 8 weeks, there were days that seemed very grim but Lyly continued fighting for her life and by God’s grace, she prevailed.  At 20 months, Lyly underwent her second heart surgery and came through it like a champ.  Once again, she experienced complications that eventually led to her body saying enough is enough and the Lord sent for his precious Angel to come home.  Though Lyly was only with us for 22 months, she was a “princess diva” who often had to be reminded that momma was queen.  Lyly would spend her days at home watching her favorite shows on Baby 1st and watching her twin brothers be busy bodies, always running & playing around the house.  Lyly was a great example of how we should ALL live our lives.  Even while going through her surgeries, pain and suffering she never complained, rarely fussed and always displayed a spirit of JOY.
