Life Reflections

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 

 Marszella Buchanan was born on June 6, 1941 to the union of Arthur and C.G. Beachum in Mexia, Texas. 

Marszella received her formal education at Dunbar Douglas High School in Mexia, Texas. 

Marszella accepted Christ as her Savior at Mexia Revival Center at an early age. She was a faithful member of Praise Temple Christian Fellowship Church in Pleasant Grove until she gained her wings.

Marszella Beachum was united in holy matrimony with Isaac Buchanan Sr on March 21, 1960 in Mexia, Texas. Their union was blessed with three children. 

She was employed as a Domestic Engineer. 

In her leisure, she enjoyed playing bingo, dancing, going to the casino with her daddy and spending time with family. 

Marszella Buchanan departed this life on May 3, 2020. She was preceded in death by her father; Arthur Beachum Sr., mother; C.G. Beachum, son; Isaac Buchanan Jr., granddaughter; LaShundria Beachum, brothers; Arthur Jr. and Andrew Beachum. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, husband; Isaac Buchanan Sr., daughter; Dorothy Wafer (Lee), son; Luke BeachumSr., stepdaughter; Janiqua Bailey, grandchildren; Lamika Herrin (Fred), LuKeshia Beachum, Tephany Beachum, Enesha Golden, Luke Beachum Jr., Crystal Jones (Brent), Carla Beachum, Keaton Wafer, Levail Wafer (Casey), Lovie Hewitt (T.D.), Carl Beachum, 31 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, special friends; Dirk & Carolyn Johnston and the Karlan family.
