John 14:1-3
1Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Mildred Lee Thomas was born on May 21, 1934 to the union of Charlie Hood and Opal Craddock in Dangerfield, Texas.
Mildred received her formal education at Omaha ISD in Omaha, Texas
Mildred accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age.
Mildred Lee Hood was united in holy matrimony with Bobby Gene Thomas on April 3, 1967 in Dallas, Texas. Their union was blessed with five children.
In her leisure, she enjoyed fishing, cooking and walking.
Mildred Lee Thomas departed this life on August 15, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband; Bobby Thomas, parents; Charlie & Opal Hood, sisters; Lottie Reed, Lillie Wilson, brother, William Hood, and her granddaughter; Deborah Rogers
She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Catherine Thomas, O.D. Taylor (Mary), Barbara, Linda Thomas, Emma Law (Roy Lee), brothers; Charles Hood (Eartha), Dave Hood (Ardie), 14 grandchildren; Marlon, Malik, Tamiko, Kevin, Otis, Deundray, Corey, Catarra, Charlette, Danny, Antay, Tanika, Shaquish, a host of great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
