Oweda Hamilton-Marsh, a cherished member of her community, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024, surrounded by the enduring love of her family. Born on April 6, 1942, Oweda dedicated her life to creating a warm and nurturing environment for those she held dear, and her legacy will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her.

In honor of Oweda's life, a visitation will be held on December 20, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home located at 1400 N Hampton Rd, Desoto, TX, 75115. The following day, a funeral service will take place at the Eternal Rest Desoto Large Chapel at the same address, beginning at 2:00 PM and concluding at 3:00 PM. These gatherings will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together, share memories, and celebrate the extraordinary life Oweda lived.
