Intro:  

Rajai Robinson made his debut on May 4, 1993, to producers, Katrina Chaney and Reginald Robinson.

Track 1:

Rajai accepted Christ at an early age.  He was baptized and united with Third Avenue Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Michael D. Pryor. He was active in the Usher Board, Children’s Church, JYP Choir and the Boys to Men mentoring auxiliary.

Track 2:

Rajai attended Birdie Alexander Elementary, D. A. HulcyMiddle and David W. Carter High School. He was a 2011 graduate of the Crossroads Academy.

Track 3:

Rajai loved food and had a passion for cooking. Following in the footsteps of his mother, Chef Katrina, Rajai was always in the kitchen. His favorite dish was mashed potatoes. As a young child, he would say, “potatoes make you strong.” He even won the family potato cook off.

Interlude:

Rajai’s love of music began at an early age. He built his first studio booth in his closet by covering the walls with egg crate mattress pads. Known in the rap world as Dro Guapo, Rajairecorded numerous mixtapes and traveled the world sharing his music. He released his first CD, “Trap Madness” in 2019 in collaboration with his rap partner, Duck Dolla.

Outro:

Rajai departed from the stage on May 15, 2020.

He is preceded in death by his maternal & paternal great grandparents, aunt; Dr. Chandris McCoy, uncle; Rev. Jerry McCoy.
