Redella “HONEY”  Poullard

Redella Davis Poullard was born on April 1, 1941 to the union of Jasper Davis Sr. and Irene Davis in Groesbeck, Texas.  

Redella received her formal education at Washington High School in Groesbeck, Texas. 

Redella accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age and was united with Truevine Holy Temple. 

Redella Davis was united in Holy matrimony with JB Poullard Sr. in Dallas, Texas. Their union was blessed with 4 children. 

She was a loving housewife and care provider to her great grandchildren until she became unable to do so. 

In her leisure, she enjoyed shopping, going out eat, watch western tv shows and spending time with her family in Dallas and Groesbeck. 

Redella (Honey) Poullard departed this life on December 21, 2022. She was preceded in death by mother: Irene Davis; father: Jasper Davis Sr.; sisters: Alma Davis and Mary Sample; brother: Bobby Davis; daughters: Wilma Jean Davis-McClendon and Cynthia Ann Davis-Smith. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter: Renella Poullard; son: JB Poullard; eight grandchildren: Marco Smith, Nikkisha Davis, LaQuasta McClendon, Darious Smith, Makeliah Poullard, Jazmen Poullard, Jamall Poullard, Deunta Hicks and special grandson in love, Robert Richardson; brothers Jasper Davis (Rita), Willie Davis (Salena) and Billy Mac Davis (Gloria). A host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
