Rickey Fantroy, Sr. was born April 17, 1958 to Love B. Fantroy, Sr. and Jessie Rene Norris. He graduated from Cleburne High School.
Rickey confessed a saving hope in Christ early in life. He united with 1st Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church at an early age. He later became a Servant of Children of Yeshua Biblical Church in Dallas, Texas. He had a love and passion for the ground that was dedicated to its worship.
Rickey served in the United States Army for 3 years and received an honorable discharge. For years he enjoyed being a contractor and having his own business.
Rickey Fantroy departed this life February 16, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Gloria Faye Fantroy, and daughter, Mariana Williams.
He leaves to cherish his memories as a loving “pillow” Alisha Gail Fantroy, siblings Love B. Fantroy, Jr., Ann Marie Booker (Booker), Doris Jean Fuller (Michael); children, Shaun Miles and wife Joey Miles, Howard Justin Fantroy, Rickey Fantroy, Jr., Daniel Fantroy. and a host of grandchildren and other family. Linda Gayle Watson Tillis, Jerald Carter, Shakeitha Satterfield, and Bobby Chism will miss his words of wisdom.
