Roy Milton Collier was born on August 30, 1955 to the parentage of the late Oliver and Christella Collier.

Roy served in the military for several years.

Roy was preceded in death by both parents; brothers, Jasper and James Collier; and sisters, Fatra Collier and VeElla Thomas.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter, Raquel Collier; granddaughter, Kourtney Collier; longtime friend of many years, Katherine Jackson; sister, LouElla Petty (Anthony); nieces and nephews: Jackie, Kathy, Greg (Serita), Liz, James, Shindana (Kevin), Oliver and Fatra; and a host of many other relatives and friends.
