Sarah Harrell was born on December 29, 1920 in Brownsville, Tennessee to the late Pearl McLemore. She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and husband.
Sarah received her formal education in the Brownsville, Tennessee area. She met and wed her soulmate in Tennessee and between the two, 4 beautiful children were born.
In 1950 she moved to Dallas where she continued her strong relationship with God. She united with Forest Avenue Christian Church under the leadership of Rev. M. C. Dickson; now known as Warren Avenue Christian Church. She was active in various ministries throughout the church until her health declined.
Keeping her memory alive are: her children, L. V. Tucker, Sr. (Joyce), Annie Harrell (Roy), Rosser Harrell (Deborah), Shirley Harrell; grandchildren, Brenda Archie (Melvin), L. V. Tucker, Jr. (Sonya), Michelle Tucker, Monica Tucker, Tamara Tucker, Winter Tucker, Dameon Harrell, Dominick Harrell, Jermale Harrell (Brandi), Nadia Johnson, Nastassia Langston, Tiffany Langston, and a host of great grandchildren.
