Shannon is survived by her mother, Djuna Johnson, her father, Rowland Smith, and her stepmother, Joann Smith. These family members, along with countless friends who were touched by her kindness and spirit, will forever cherish the memories shared with her.

Visitation services will be held at Eternal Rest Funeral Home in DeSoto, Texas, on December 27, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will take place the following day, December 28, 2024, at 11:00 AM.
