TaTyneshia Vynece Parks Collins was born to Richard 0. Parks II and Jeannetta Raenell Page Parks on September 8, 1973 in Wichita, Kansas. She was the middle child in this family with one older brother, Adelio and a younger sister, LaToya. She departed this life on Thursday October 26, 2017 at Parkland Memorial Hospital, Dallas, Texas.

Tona Collins is survived by her husband, Vincent J. Collins Sr. of Lancaster, TX; son Rameal Parks, granddaughter Cylie, and daughter Briona Parks all of Dallas, TX; children Corporal Vincent J. (Jerri) Collins Jr; grandsons; Vincent Ill and Liam of New Orleans, LA; Vance Collins and Victoria Collins of Phoenix, AZ; Tayona Collins of Wichita, KS; and Aaliyah Collins of Cedar Hill, TX. Parents Richard & Jeannetta Parks of Lancaster, TX; Brother Adelio {Vickie) Parks, children Atianna and Arianna of Lancaster, TX, and son Zeaunte’ of Atlanta, GA; sister, LaToya (William) Hillman; children, Whitney, Keigan Brittany, Kyanna, William Jr; Kiah and Khalil of Lancaster, TX; Mother-in-Law, Jackie Kent; Sisters-in-law: Cheryl Robinson, Carla Collins and Cristy Lane all of Wichita, KS; Carole Mckizzie of Beaverton, OR; brother- Paul Collins of Lawrence, KS. The number of other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews that loved Tona so much is only matched by the number of friends, co-workers, and people she touched along the way.
