Tina Elaine Piper was born on September 28, 1964 to the parentage of James Piper, Jr. and Shirley Mae Webb Piper, in Port Arthur, Texas. Tina was the middle of three children: James Piper, III and Stanley Carl Piper.
Tina loved people. She loved to cook and enjoyed when people ate her cooking. She also enjoyed cooking her favorite dish, “Tina’s Chicken Sketti.” Tina enjoyed praying to God and loving God’s people. She often said “I don’t have money, but I have plenty of love and prayer to give.” Tina was known by many as “Mama Tina,” “Nena,” and “Aunt Tina.” Tina was preceded in death along with her late father, James Piper, Jr. and mother, Shirley Mae Webb Piper, and her brother James Piper, III.
Tina was loved by many special friends and family, Shirley Stewart, Theresa Hairston, Valerie Horn, and Gary Earl Chandler; many nieces and nephews and god daughters: Candice Autumn Webb, Natoya Bell, Latisha Stewart, Brittany Steward, Tiffany Hickman, Erenn “Quinn” Wafer; her godsons, Archie Walker, Trevonne Moore, Jeremy McDonald and Jaylnn Jackson; three god granddaughters, A’Myriah “Lit Bit” Haywood, Jordyn Tolliver, Brooklyn Tolliver, AhMilliyon “AMI” Milligan; five grand god sons, Tysean Jackson, JaQuaylinn Jackson, Kashton Palmer, Willie Beard IV, and Hamilton Charles Kelly.
