Victor Park Noe was born March 12, 1943 to Dorothy Parris (deceased) and Nester Noe. He passed away January 13, 2017.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Noe; daughters, Dallas and Vegas; grandchildren, Victoria Noe, Karol Noe, Sophia Noe, Gia Mathis; great grandchildren, Mason Park Stroud, Karson Park Brown; and a host of friends and relatives who all loved him dearly.
