Vivasha La'Gail Rogers, a radiant soul born on June 23, 1978, in Dallas, Texas, ascended to eternal rest on January 19, 2025, in Waco, Texas. Her journey through life was marked by an indelible spirit characterized by her nurturing personality, her love for family, and her unwavering zest for living each moment to its fullest.

Vivasha’s educational foundation was laid within the Dallas Independent School District at Barbara Manns, where she cultivated both her intellect and her aspirations. She further blossomed as she graduated from Cosmetology School, cherishing this achievement as one of her proudest accomplishments. Throughout her career, she devoted her talents to J P Morgan & Chase in the Scanning Department, where her dedication and professionalism were evident to all who had the pleasure of working alongside her.

Her passions extended far beyond her career; she was an ardent traveler, an enthusiast of culinary adventures, and found immense joy in trying new restaurants. However, it was her family that remained the cornerstone of her existence. Vivasha derived great pleasure from spending quality time with her loved ones, often prioritizing moments that involved spoiling her nieces and nephews. She was not only protective of her family but also celebrated their achievements, taking great joy in witnessing her sister’s graduation.

Vivasha's vivacious spirit lit up every gathering, and she was the life of every party — an effervescent presence that could transform the mundane into the extraordinary. Her nurturing nature fostered an environment filled with love and laughter, making indelible memories that will forever echo in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known her.

Cherished in her memory are her father, Arthur E. Rogers, and her siblings, Vaneisha Rogers, Jon'Arthur Rogers, Joshua, and Joseph Rogers. They are left to fondly recall her loving spirit and the countless moments they shared.

Vivasha joins the ranks of her beloved deceased family, including her mother, Vivian Rogers, her grandmother, Rosie Mae Slaughter, and her grandfather, Maniel Slaughter. Together, they await her warmly in the embrace of eternity.

In honor of Vivasha, visitation services will be held on February 8, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Eternal Rest Funeral Home in Desoto, Texas. A funeral service will follow on February 9, 2025, commencing at 3:00 PM at Victory Cathedral COGIC in Dallas, Texas.

As we bid farewell to this remarkable woman, we celebrate a life replete with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Though she may have departed from this realm, the legacy of her kindness and joyful spirit will undoubtedly live on through her family and friends, illuminating their paths for years to come.
